A conversation analysis can finish after the conversation’s records have changed. Someone corrects a transcript, fixes a speaker, or updates a person’s identity. The model may have completed its work successfully, yet its answer now belongs to an earlier version of the evidence.

Voxora treats that problem as part of the data model. Background work carries source, identity, and revision checks before a result can become current. When the underlying evidence changes, affected results can be invalidated and rebuilt. Finishing a job is one event; deciding whether its output still applies is another.

The profile interface has a separate responsibility. It reads cached results without requiring fresh extraction and projection work every time someone opens a screen. That separation supports a responsive experience while allowing the analysis pipeline to reconsider information in the background.

The same principle appears in the product’s source links and coverage information. An observation should retain a path back to the calls that support it. Missing analysis should remain missing, rather than turning into a neutral-looking score that suggests a judgment was made.

For an interface built around interpretation, freshness means more than a recent timestamp. It means the answer still matches the transcript, speaker, and identity the user can inspect. The cache, background jobs, and interface all contribute to keeping that relationship understandable.
